Our silky, smooth, molten French caramel is enhanced with a pinch of sea salt, and encapsulated in a dark chocolate shell, which is made with 70% cocoa. These sophisticated artisan truffles are perfect with a cup of tea but they can also hold their own with a dram of the finest Scotch Whisky.
